It has been far too long since I've last seen Celine, a mistake I've rectified when I joined Wanyi on a visit to her new home at Tampiness. As a good friend that I always am, I didn't even know she moved from her Woodland home for months. Jeez.

Never visit empty handed.

Then again if the food looks like this, its better to go empty handed. LOL!
So in we pop into their home, greetings and small talk filled the air. The sight for me was that of bliss.
Little Tristan was already five months old, rolling about in the baby walker like a F1 racer, drifting about and more often than not, crashing into those unfortunate enough to stand in his path.

Wanyi is scaring the baby just by being there. =p

Stopped in his tracks!

A close up.

Jerk makes Tristan happy!

Speed devil and his wheels.
Celine and her hubby Lian Hua, just sat on the sides, coaxing and making funny noises at little Tristan, in hope that he'll give a smile or roll on over to them. Together they seem like the perfect picture of happiness, encompassing all that I long for in a life with my own family.

Tristan with his Lao Bei.
*Sigh* Oh well. I know you're envious too.
Surprisingly, albeit just giving birth to Tristan recently, Celine is well on her way into her 2nd pregnancy. That is perhaps the reason you're not seeing her in any of the photos. TOO BAD FOR YOU!
Not wanting to bother the couple any longer as well as wanting to quieten our growling stomachs, we left Celine's house with goodbyes and smiles on our faces as we made our way to Plaza Singapura where we're suppose to meet up with our usual bunch of friends for a late night movie.
The others who've fully embrace the culture of our clique were late as usual, leaving only me and Wanyi to have our dinner.

Two grinning idiots.

The fried mushroom appetizer. Best I've ever tasted.

Our main course. So much FRIED food!

A hungry woman is... well... ready to eat I suppose.
Subsequently, after a quarter of an hour later, Gimo and Wei Jian finally hit the scene and ate at Cafe Cartel. If their wives were about to go into labour and asked them to hurry down, knowing them as well as we do, I would put their arrival roughly around their children's University graduation.
I'm exaggerating of course. If not numskulls like you would never get the point. Hahaha!
On a side note, I came to realise that the menus from Cafe Cartel and Manhattan Fish Market are more or less about the same. Maybe its just that deep fried chow seem all the same to me. Then again, maybe not.

Me and my opposite (Not gay you dolt.), Wei Jian.

Nice looking cup-o-sugar water which cost 5 freaking bucks.

Wanyi: I never bathe today wor. (Kidding of course!)
Dom and Gimo: *Shocked*

Okay okay jokes over. Time for a proper photo.
The highlight of the day (Night actually.) which was the movie was everything but an disappointment, living up to everyone's expectation of a comedy.
Ashton Kuttcher, brilliant as he is in his role, seems to always play the part of a unconfident and humorous underachiever, akin to the role he played in Alot Like Love.

A must-watch. What are you sitting there for? GO WATCH!

Drunk people are usually the happiest sort of people.

Marriage is a whole new different ball game.
On the other hand, we cannot expect him to act in horror shows like House of Wax. It will be just too darn wrong! Before you know it, Jet Lee will act in Meteor Garden or some similar shite.
That's pretty much all about the fabulous Friday I've had.
It's 3.30 am and I go off to work in an hour's time. I just love my job.
FUNKED IT ALL UP ON 3:19:00 AM
